Drew McCombs, Public Works Director
Drew McCombs has been employed by the City of Van Meter since November 2022.
Drew has many responsibilities as Public Works Director that include the operation of the water and sewer systems, street maintenance, maintenance of the cemetery and city parks, and oversees repairs and construction projects.
Many of these duties require continuing education through special training organizations.

Shane Luvaas, Public Works Operator
Shane has been employeed by the City of Van Meter since January of 2023.
Shane's daily responsibitlities include supporting the operations of the water & sewer systems, street maintenance, cemetery maintenance and city park maintenance.
